The Virtual Queue is a digital-first web interface for intelligently matching users (e.g. students, UArizona employees, etc.) with service producers (e.g. department staff, student employees, etc.), allowing users to better understand wait times and capacity limits. Users log into a dashboard where they quickly see what queues are available and how many users are in line. When a spot has been reserved, users receive notifications for next in line and when it’s their turn.

Providing real-time, collaborative experiences for students and employees has become more important than ever. Virtual Queue meets this need by providing a scalable, highly customizable, mobile-friendly interface for moving users from start to finish, all while providing the flexibility to meet business needs.

Admin Configuration

Virtual queues may be configured to handle social distancing while providing service. Our application handles drop-in tutoring, group sessions, or attendance for virtual events. This includes directing users to a virtual space, like Zoom, or to an in-person session. With this tool you can accommodate reduced capacity guidelines for all in-person meetings; make them as big or as small as needed!

Self Service

Virtual Queue is designed be self-sufficient! Empower students to manage time and tell service providers what they want to work on beforehand.  Students visit the queue's home page and are greeted with a real-time listing of services currently being offered. Users at the top of the queue are then notified by email, and within the browser, when a session about to start and when it begins.
