Data & Reporting
- Updates to existing UAccess queries
- If you have an existing UAccess query that was created and maintained by a team member in SASG, these will be supported by the UAccess Student team. To request updates or changes to any existing queries you can reach out to the Business Analyst you normally work with on the UAccess Student Team. If you don’t know who to contact you can submit a request to studentadminrequest@list.arizona.edu or contact Mark Felix at mwfelix@arizona.edu if you have any questions.
- Data requests that need to run a process in UAccess
- If you have a request to get data that will need to run an existing process or new process in UAccess, these will continue to be supported by the UAccess Student team. To request updates or new data sets to run processes you can reach out to the Business Analyst you normally work with on the UAccess Student Team. - New Data Requests
- If you are in need of a data set i.e. list of students who meet a certain criteria these requests can be submitted to UAIR (University Analytics and Institutional Research) through their data request form.
- UAIR also has training and resources on how to pull data if you have access to UAccess Analytics. You can view this information and resources on their website: https://uair.arizona.edu/content/uaccess-analytics.
Update on Live Data Integrations
- For those of you who have live data integrations with either 3rd party vendors or data sources for customs applications - these will continue to be supported through the SASG Helpdesk until further notice.
- UITS and SASG are working on a transition plan for existing data integrations and will work with each client as they create a plan to move these over.
Update on Report Server - reports for Custom Programs
- For those of you who use Report Server for data from custom programs these will continue to be supported through the SASG Helpdesk until further notice. Any updates or requests for these reports can be submitted through the SASG Helpdesk.
